The following Terms and Conditions guide the use of and commerce on our web store.

This is what You can expect from us and what we expect from You.
These terms and conditions can be adjusted from time to time.


1 General

You can shop our product through our web store.

All orders are shipped “DDU” “delivered duty unpaid”.
Note, that orders delivered to a destination outside of the EU may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. 
Any attempts of frauds will be reported to the responsible institutions.
Supernormal reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected.
No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout are accepted.
Supernormal holds the right to have minor deviations related to how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our web store. This also includes type faults, price, and stock changes.
You have to be the majority of age to shop or have a guardian confirming your order.

2 Delivery

We strive to always process and ship orders within 48h and in no longer than five business days. The order will be sent to the address provided in the checkout process. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Lithuanian public holidays.
A preliminary confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed.
Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact us at hello@supernormalpeople.com
When returning it you are responsible for the goods.
We are not responsible for stolen goods.

LITHUANIA CUSTOMERS • DPD express Delivery – This service usually takes 1-3 working days.

EU CUSTOMERS • DPD Express delivery – This service usually takes 2 - 4 working days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS • Fedex express Delivery – This service usually takes  2 - 6 working days.


3 Return Policy

We hope you will enjoy your new Supernormal sunglasses. If the items are not to your satisfaction, we are happy to help you exchange or return them.

If so, please note the following:

Before you send your items back to us you need to send an e-mail to hello@supernormalpeople.com. You will then receive return instructions by e-mail. Do not send anything without contacting us first, as this may lead to longer handling time and delayed refunding.

The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery by sending them back unused, in perfect condition and in original wrapping. We are unable to take back products that have been processed or used.

Please note that shipping charges of exchanges or refunds are at your expense.
If the product has a defect, damaged or if the return is due to a mistake made by Supernormal, we will in this case bear or reimburse the delivery cost.

If exchanging or returning items, please note that you are responsible for the product and shipping until we have received the goods. We, therefore, recommend you to choose a safe shipping method.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card after we have received your returned item (in the condition as described above) to the correct destination.

Supernormal is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.


4 Warning

Supernormal eyewear is not designed to protect the wearer from all injury in the event of impact with hard objects or if the lens is not properly secured in the frame.
Supernormal does not recommend our sunglasses to be used while operating a car at night or direct viewing of the sun or strong artificial light sources. Supernormal sunglasses are not recommended for industrial protection.


5 Warranty

All Supernormal eyewear is warranted against breakage due to defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Our warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Supernormal Eyewear Dealer. Supernormal does not warrant any lens against scratches. Scratched lenses are considered as a normal occurrence from everyday use. Alteration, misuse or abuse of a Supernormal product will void its warranty.
If Supernormal products are proven defective, Supernormal will replace them at no cost to you.

Supernormal warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.


So, if glasses are in the warranty period, be careful to always follow the instructions about wearing and storage.


Warranty is available only for: 


• Factory defects: always check the eyeglasses for defects like blurry lenses or damaged frame before buying;

• Wrong prescription: If you've received your (sun)glasses with the incorrect prescription, we can offer to remake or refund the order only if it is proven that our technicians have made a mistake.

• If glasses feel too loose or press the face, contact us at hello@supernormalpeople.com. We will try to adjust the glasses to fit your individual face shape.


Warranty doesn't apply if:


• They have been used improperly or carelessly: wearing them incorrectly on the top of your head or not carrying them in the protective glasses case can lead to scratched lenses.

• Side effects that can be easily fixed appear. For example, uneven frames templates happen naturally over time for acetate. Acetate is a hypoallergenic, plant-based plastic made from natural cotton and wood fibers that make it really soft compared to traditional plastic. Flexible and lightweight acetate frames are easy to fix by optician professionals.

• They have been damaged by cleaning without following our care guide;

• Has been in touch with harmful materials: chemicals, saltwater, sand, and sun lotion can cause discoloring to the frames and lenses. The coating on polarised lenses can be damaged due to improper care and the following reasons.

• Has been exposed to a long period of heat, like being kept in the direct sunlight or dried with a hairdryer.

• Any modifications or repairs on lenses or frames made not by Supernormal team;

• Incorrect prescriptions were provided to Supernormal while ordering glasses.

• Accidental loss or damage;

6 Force Majeure

In case of war, civil war, revolution, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, measures by the public authority or similar circumstances Supernormal will apply to Force Majeure. This means that these Terms & Conditions can not or only partly be performed. If this occurs Supernormal will try to inform You about this.
